At Technology Innovation Partners, accessible at https://tipinc.ai, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Technology Innovation Partners and how we use it.

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us through email at the Contact Page.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, forms, customer accounts, and communications channels including SMS/text messaging where you have provided consent.

Consent

This policy explains how we handle your information. Cookies that are strictly necessary to operate this website are always active. Analytics cookies are set only where you have given permission, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website
  • Understand and analyze how you use our website
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality

Log Files

Technology Innovation Partners follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics on this website. Where you have given permission, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser that help us understand how visitors find and move through the site — which pages are read, which links are followed, and roughly where visitors are located. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell the information they collect. We do not sell advertising space on this website, and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics — described below — are the only third-party technologies we deploy here.

This website is hosted by Vercel, and we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read and which sites refer visitors to us. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it runs whether or not you accept the analytics cookies described above. Rather than an identifier kept on your device, visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours — it cannot be used to follow you between visits or onto other websites. Each page view records the time, the page address, the referring site, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. Your IP address is not stored, and the results are aggregated so that they do not identify you.

Until you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in our footer, block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's browser opt-out add-on to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere. Google's own controls are documented at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Information our forms collect

When you submit our contact or consultation form we store the details you provide, together with technical information captured automatically at the time of submission:

  • your IP address, and the approximate location (country, region, city) derived from it
  • your browser type and user-agent string
  • the page that referred you to the form
  • the date and time of submission

We record this to help us respond in context, to understand which parts of our site generate enquiries, and to detect automated abuse of our forms. It is stored in our database and emailed to the team members who handle new enquiries.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you. Where an enquiry does not become a client relationship, we delete the record within 24 months. Records relating to clients are retained for the life of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, to meet contractual and tax obligations.

You may ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time by contacting us.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop using it, or to provide it in a portable format. To make a request, email info@tipinc.ai or use our contact page. We will not treat you differently, or provide you a lesser service, for making a request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you are a California resident, you may still exercise the access, correction and deletion rights described above.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Where we rely on your consent — for example for analytics cookies — you may withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done beforehand.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites you may reach from links on our site, including news articles, our tech store, and our social media profiles. We recommend consulting the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit for information on their practices and how to opt out of them.
